Pasture Fed Beef Topside Joint

Our topside comes from our Aberdeen Angus cattle, 100% grass fed. Topside is a lean, tender joint with a lovely deep beef flavour, and it makes a great roast. Cook it gently and don’t overdo it, then rest it well before carving into thin slices. It’s brilliant for a traditional Sunday roast, but also makes fantastic leftovers. It’s a really versatile joint and one you can get a few meals from, making it a great choice for the family. Prepared by our organic abattoir and butcher, then frozen fresh after butchery to keep all that lovely flavour and freshness in the meat.
