Brisket is a hardworking cut with plenty of natural connective tissue, making it wonderfully tender and full of flavour when cooked slowly. Perfect for slow roasting, braising or smoking, and ideal for pulled beef, hearty stews and Sunday roasts. Cook low and slow until the meat is beautifully tender and easy to pull apart.
