The Meat Box Subscription

A selection of around 3kg of our beef, pork and occasionaly wild venison. We select cuts according to the season, what is at its best and what each animal has to offer. You might find beautifully marbled steaks, roasting joints, slow-cook roasts, mince, sausages or delicious bone-in, high-collagen cuts. We care about every animal we raise. By varying the contents, we can balance each carcass properly, reduce waste and encourage you to try cooking with different cuts you may not usually choose. Our slow-grown Aberdeen Angus cattle are reared on diverse pasture, hedgerows and tree fodder. When available, our native-breed, soy-free pork comes from pigs that roam our wooded areas, helping clear brambles. Wild venison may also feature seasonally. Meat is prepared by our organic abattoir and butcher, then frozen fresh after butchery to preserve flavour and freshness. Each box includes a farm update and a recipe featuring one of your cuts.
