Pasture Fed Sirloin Steak

A lovely thick-cut sirloin from an Aberdeen Angus cow, 100% grass fed. This steak is from a 3-year-old cow, slow grown, and has some beautiful marbling through it, giving it plenty of flavour and keeping it lovely and juicy when cooked. They’re extra thick, so they’re a proper good steak and ideal for sharing. We work with a great organic abattoir and butcher, and the meat is frozen fresh after butchery. It hasn’t been sitting around on a shelf, freezing it fresh helps keep all that lovely flavour and freshness in the meat.
