Pasture Fed Beef Silverside Joint

Our silverside comes from our Aberdeen Angus cattle, 100% grass fed. Silverside is a lovely, lean roasting joint with a good, rich beef flavour. It’s best cooked gently and not overdone - either as a traditional Sunday roast, or cooked slowly and sliced thinly for something a bit different. Prepared by our organic abattoir and butcher, then frozen fresh after butchery to keep all that lovely flavour and freshness in the meat.
