Our pork comes from Tamworth pigs raised on the farm. A traditional native breed, they are slower growing than most commercial breeds, and combined with the free range environment they have lived in, rootling around in the brambles, field edges and woodlands on the farm, we believe this contributes to producing an incredible flavour and lovely dark colour to the pork. 
The pork has been butchered locally in Wales.
