Our monthly meat box brings you approximately 3kg of sustainably raised, nutrient dense meat from New House Farm. Each month your box will contain primarily grass fed beef from our own farm, alongside seasonal additions such as wild venison and occasionally Tamworth pork.
 
If you would like a bi-monthly box, subscribe through the checkout and then email us to let us know - we will swap your subscription to every other month. You have the option to change to monthly at any point. 

What a typical box can contain:
2 × premium steaks or 1 extra thick cut steak to share 
500g slow cook braising cut (such as shin, short rib or oxtail)
500g diced beef for casseroles, curries & slow cooking
500g handcrafted burgers or gluten-free sausages
500g roasting joint (such as topside, brisket or top rump)
500g signature mince

Our cattle are all grass fed, native bred and slow grown - making the produce naturally more nutrient dense than grain fed cattle. 

What’s in your box will vary throughout the year, reflecting the natural seasonality of farming. By subscribing, you’re supporting a low waste, nose-to-tail approach. We use a local organic certified abattoir and all butchery will then be undertaken on our small scale on farm butchery unit, this allows us to work through the carcass and be able to offer more products such as bones for stock and broth making and tallow for cooking - which is trickier to access in a supermarket. 

Optional extras including additional prime cuts (fillet), bones for broth, offal and cooking tallow will be available to add on each month.

Collection from the farm and delivery within Monmouthshire are free, with chilled courier delivery available for £6 per month. All meat will be frozen.
